Returns

If you have a question about your order or if something is incorrect when you receive your order, please contact us by sending an email to support@lsvcards.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will work with you to try to resolve the issue.

If we make a mistake in filling your order, we will correct the problem and refund the shipping charges.

If you make a mistake placing an order, we reserve the right to determine on a case-by-case basis the appropriate way to handle the mistake. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot refund the cost of shipping paid at the time the order was placed. In addition, if we agree to a return you must pay for all return shipping costs and the returned items must be without damage.  We cannot be responsible for any damage that occurred during shipping, although on a case-by-case basis we may choose to replace some or all of your damaged items. You may file a damage claim with UPS or USPS if they are responsible for in-transit damage.

If a return is arranged and your order was sent to you with Free Shipping, the amount refunded to you will be for the cost of the merchandise minus the shipping costs to ship the replacement item to you.
